1. Eligibility

• Prices may change in the future, but changes will not affect your current billing period unless otherwise communicated.
• Access to premium content continues only while your subscription remains active.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of premium access.

4. Payments

Infobookly does not store your complete payment card or banking information.

5. Acceptable Use

• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on Infobookly, including but not limited to book summaries, original articles, learning guides, graphics, illustrations, videos, audio, branding, logos, interface designs, software, and source code, is owned by or licensed to Infobookly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Book Summaries and Educational Content

Infobookly provides educational summaries, insights, commentary, and learning materials intended to help users understand ideas from published works.

Our summaries are original educational content created to communicate key concepts and are not intended to replace, reproduce, or serve as substitutes for the original books.

Users are encouraged to support authors and publishers by purchasing or accessing the original works where available.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy or redistribute premium content.
• Upload unlawful or infringing material.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Misuse community features.
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions.
• Share access credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, or other content to Infobookly, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the operation and promotion of our Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

11. Availability of Services

We strive to keep Infobookly available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
